Booking – Unified Booking Centre (CUP)
All services can be booked via the Unified Booking Centre by phone or at the hospital, with some exceptions requiring faxing.
You can access via red, white or private prescription (intramoenia).
Documents needed to book
- Referral
(prescription from the family doctor, paediatrician or specialist) Check that it is complete with personal data, tax code, requested service and indication of any exemptions. - Health Card

White prescription
The booking made at the Unified Booking Centre with one of the methods described above must be confirmed by sending a fax with the referral, the medical documentation containing the working diagnosis, and at least two telephone numbers.
Private prescription (Intramoenia)
The booking made at the Unified Booking Centre with one of the methods described above must be confirmed by sending a fax with the referral, the medical documentation containing the working diagnosis, and at least two telephone numbers.

The Unified Booking Centre and the Pisa clinics are located in the research area of the Pisa CNR on the ground floor of building “C”, entrance 5.

For failure to collect the report:
Failure to collect the report within 30 days from the date of delivery of the service involves payment in full of the service even by those exempt from payment.

Failure to collect the report:
Failure to collect the report within 30 days from the date the service was provided results in full payment of the service even by those exempt from payment.
Cancellation
Remember that it is always necessary to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the established date.
If you do not cancel within the time limit, you are liable to pay the fee even if you are exempt.
