For the Monasterio Foundation, training therefore represents a function of strategic value and essential support in the processes of managerial, organisational and technological innovation.
Specifically, particular attention is paid to the continuous training of operators, which is always carried out through courses that go beyond merely theoretical approaches and are inspired by the fundamental concept of “patient-centredness”, the founding principle around which the hospital’s mission revolves.
